These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mbi7 platform, including mbi7.win and all associated services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using any mbi7 product.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mbi7. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one active mbi7 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances and bonuses may be voided without notice.
All mbi7 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the platform.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering conditions are fully met. mbi7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mbi7 ("mbi7", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the mbi7.win platform. By accessing mbi7.win, registering an account, or using any service provided by mbi7, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the mbi7 platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Policies"), govern the entire relationship between you and mbi7. The Policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of this binding contract.
1.2 mbi7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where practicable, mbi7 will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the mbi7 platform following publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions were last updated in June 2026. The most current version is always available at mbi7.win/terms-conditions.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use the mbi7 platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. mbi7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended and all winnings forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of mbi7 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. mbi7 does not warrant that the use of its services is legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify the applicable laws before accessing mbi7.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with mbi7: (a) employees of mbi7 and their immediate family members; (b) persons residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law; (c) persons who have been placed on a self-exclusion list by mbi7 or any affiliated platform.
2.4 Capacity. By registering, you confirm you are acting as a private individual and not for commercial purposes, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the mbi7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. mbi7 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings without notice.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 KYC Verification. mbi7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable international standards. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mbi7 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify mbi7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised account access.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your mbi7 account at any time by contacting customer support. mbi7 reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 All financial transactions on the mbi7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBe. mbi7 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the mbi7 platform at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder. mbi7 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
4.4 mbi7 targets same-day processing for withdrawals from fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, AML reviews, or public holidays. mbi7 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.
4.5 Deposits made in error or chargebacks initiated without valid grounds will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be recovered from the account holder.
5.1 mbi7 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates, as detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
5.2 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Winnings generated from bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements are considered bonus winnings and are subject to the same restrictions.
5.3 mbi7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to matched betting at low risk, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless otherwise specified. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational use and are not available to those whose primary intent is systematic extraction of bonus value.
6.1 All games available on mbi7 are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
6.2 mbi7 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems for non-live games, and live dealer games are operated in accordance with rules enforced by professional game studios. All RNG systems are independently audited and certified by recognised testing authorities.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game, mbi7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. mbi7 will not honour payouts resulting from obvious system errors or software malfunctions.
6.4 mbi7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including bets placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi7 platform:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the mbi7 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, text, graphics, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of mbi7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mbi7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any mbi7 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the mbi7 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or gaming losses.
9.2 mbi7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to mbi7 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mbi7's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 mbi7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 mbi7 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mbi7's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and mbi7, you should first contact mbi7 customer support to attempt informal resolution. mbi7 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international gaming authority.
13.3 You agree that any claim or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under mbi7's licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
